What is your return/exchange policy? 

  • We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. The products must be in the same condition as they were when purchased, with tags and a receipt present. All items are exchange or store credit only. **Sale items are final sale**

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

  • Contact us at info@hayescompanyboutique.com and let us know. Please include your order date, items ordered and your name. 

 

What are the shipping options?

  • All shipping in the United States is $5! Expedited shipping costs $9.00-$12.00 depending on the weight. Orders typically ship within two business days. You will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?
